I think that's good. You could do
8 cherry barbs
1 angelfish
6 kuhli loaches
6-8 rainbow fish( what are some you like?)
And a bn Pleco if you want. I think. That's good!

I think even that would be pushing it, angels get much bigger than people think. Maybe something like this:

1 Angel
10 Cherry Barbs
5 Kuhlis

Well for now i have the cherrys added on. Thats a start. Back to stocking later. Should i have an airstone/pump? Never had one before, but nothing ventured nothing gained (never seen how they look)

IMHO air pumps are loud and annoying. Especially if you have a HOB filter, the filter will create enough surface agitation, allowing for adequate gas exchange.

My air pump is silent and makes the tank more livley. It's not nessicarry but IMO they are cool
