At last my lfs has got in some big swords for me I have been waiting months for these :)

they look stunning!!! how did u check for snails and make sure there were none on them?
they look like green flames of epicness :D
 
I live in the UK n The lfs I go to they come in pots n some sort of soil well u get told to take them out of that before u plant them so it wasn't that hard but I did find 2 snails but other than that nothing n Yh I love the way they look I have been waiting for ages for them lol
 
id take them out and give them a soak in cold water and vacuum the substrate if u havnt already done it. imo! eggs hatch quick!
 
I did have a problem a while ago but jus.did the lettuce thing n ain't since n I can't have a pleco in there I got some city cats but that's it
 
If u leave a lettuce leave in ur tank over night the snails r attracted to it n in the morning u can lift out the leave n the snails will be all over it ur only ment to do it once but I did it two nights on the trot jus to make sure
 
Those look awesome. All my bottom dwelling fish love to hang out under my big swords. They sort of provide a parasol. :)
