angelfish in 20 gal

I don't know if it works the same way with FW fishes, but with SW fishes, I have read that we should have a ratio of 2 gallons of water for each 1 inch of fish length, not counting the tail length. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. But I would think that they should be fine. HTH

Angelfish can be a bit sensitive. If this is a new tank, then no. If it's a mature tank, then sure but they might fight.
 
why would you want to get fish (pets) that you know you will trade back in. Would you get a cat and trade it in once it isn't a kitten anymore. Just a question?
