My apisto has been a little lethargic lately. Goes up to food and eats some but doesn't attack it like the others. Just started hanging out by the inflow of my tank last night, this made me nervous. He isn't the dominant apisto but he is also rarely bullied. Colors are still good, still eats some (I have given him extra attention with food). So, I am wondering what is going on? Is this just apisto behavior or is he going sickly?

Water parameters are on point - ph of 7.0, no nitrites or ammonia and less than 10ppm of nitrates. Steady diet of flake, pellet and frozen blood worms with an occasional cucumber tossed in. Please give me your best guesses. I would rather not lose him, he is my personal favorite.
