Can a peacock/ hap mate w mbuna?

Hi all I have the blue guy in pic. He was sold as an assorted peacock. I'm not sure what he is. People have said ahli but I don't know. He's doing the shimmy dance A LOT! No females in there for him. 2 other male peacocks and a bunch of mbuna. Could he breed with them?
 
Yep they can ! Thats how the ob peacock came about. Ob zebra + peacock = ob peacock
 
Ohhh!! Is this blue guy above my saulosi a peacock? He looks longer than my other ones

It looks like an ahli. Which is a Hap. Which I believe falls in the peacock category

Haps aka Utaka ( Free roaming hunters) are closely related to the Peacocks but are considered a separate group. The fish of lake Malawi can be divided up into three basic groups : Mbuna, Utaka "Haps" and endemic non-mbuna species ( Peacocks).
