I would have to second Andrews ID. Still not 100% sure though. It looks like I see some yellow on the fins so I'm about 90% sure it's Mbamba

What you posted is a Placidochromis sp. ''Phenochilus Tanzania'' Lupingu which is a HAP and has no business with Mbuna. The OP posted a picture of an Mbuna which looks like a Pseudotropheus sp. Elongatus.
