Can anyone ID these cichlids for me. They are my bosses fish and I'm surprised they are still alive. I am now in charge of cleaning it up and maintaining it. So i would like to know what I'm dealing with. He claims they are African Cichlids but I have no idea if they really are.

It's definitely a Aulonocara but what the subspecies is unknown, Many albino forms of Aulonocara cichlids have been engineered by aquarists and these sometimes use the genes from other albino cichlids to introduce the albino gene.
