cichlid with pop eye

hello, I have a blood parrot cichlid and she has what I think is pop eye in just one eye. there is a bubble under her eye but it hasn't clouded over yet. she is in a tank all to herself because she is very aggressive and sometimes attacks her decor, so I'm wondering if it's just an injury. she is EXTREMELY tough and hardy and very large. and her water is very clean all the time. should I just treat with Epsom salt? I have aquarium salt on hand but not sure if that will help as much. also, can I put it straight into her tank? I don't have an isolation tank because she's the only fish I have. please help, I have had her for years and am very worried! thank you! (this is my first post on a forum so not sure if I am doing this right or put it in the right section, sorry!)
