Aquarium Advice FINatic
I want to change my tank to a cichlids tank. Any suggestions on what would be some smaller good starter cichlids? Some that will get along with cories platies and ghost shrimp?

Bolivian Rams
Red Breast Acara
Apistogramma Panduro
The Bolivian and Acara would be a nice mix as they are relatively peaceful for Cichlids especially the Acara.

I've always wanted Bolivian rams. Does petsmart or petco sell them?

Im from the uk so im not sure about those stores, but I would guess yes as they are very popular and usually in the same tanks with the German Rams over here. Don't be put off when you see them in the store, I was a few times as they just don't look that good until you get them home and they settle into your tank.

My local petsmart has bolivians and sometimes GBRs. They'd work with that setup but they may go after the ghost shrimp at some point.
