Bottom is a gold morph. Looks female but want to be sure.

If this one is a female, why is the male chasing her harassing her. Tail swatting. He won't give her a break. I thought it was the female that did the coaxing. That's why I thought I had either 2 females or two males.

The mouth is normal, it looks like it was sifting substrate or detritus at the moment.

The fish looks to be female. How big is it the gold and flash forms can be tough to sex until finnage developes.

It's big. I don't know how old. Got it at a lfs. It's the same size of my male however I've only had the male 2 weeks. They did not come together.

The story is, I ordered a mff trio from a guy and the 2 females arrived doa. So I went to lfs and found her cheap.

The guy is replacing the two doa's and they we'll be here tomorrow. They are triple reds like him.
