How long can cichlids last in a holding bucket noticed my tank was leaking turns out the glass at the bottom cracked and can't fix this problem right away so how long can they take the holding cell

As long as you can keep ammonia and nitrites equal to zero and nitrates less than 20ppm. Aggression maybe more of an issue, so you may need more than 1 bucket.

I have em in 3 different buckets with like 3 fish each

Do you have the filters from the tank on the buckets? It you can't fit the filters, you at least want the media to be in the buckets, with an airstone in each bucket.
