Difference between white angelfish and platinum

What are the difference between the two? or is there even a difference are they the same thing? my local aquarium has some angelfish labeled as white but they look platinum

Just color for the most part, do they have different Finn shape?

In most fish Platinum refers to Leucistis which have bright white almost metallic sheen to them and pigmant in the eye making them blue or black (not red like albinos).regular white fish can be any variation of white and also includes albinos.

My avatar is a leucistic or platinum honduran red point.

I did bid on some at an auction but didn't chase them as wasn't sure if over-spending (ie had run out of money at that stage).

They usually run about $5-7 for about a half dollar size around here
