Feeding

I have Africans ( peacocks, labs, frontosas and compressiceps in a 75 gallon. Mostly feed on home made flakes from LFS and I'm scared to feed anything else. What's the next best frozen/live food to feed without running risk of hurting fish ?

People like New Life Spectrum brand and also any Hikari products. Gotta be careful with too much protein with cichlds.

I feed NLS sinking pellets(Thera A) and there flakes with garlic. To change it up every now and again I feed this

I havent feed my africans frozen shrimp, but i feed nls cichlid formula, and as a treat i give them cucumber.

I feed mine frozen brine shrimp very once in a while they love it. Then I feed a variety of flakes and pellets
