Food source question

I bought guppies for my 20 gallon fully knowing that they breed alot... Im just curious.. what are peoples thoughts using the babies as feeders for my cichlid tank? THanks!

Unless you have carnivorous cichlids it will be too much protein in their diet and aggression will be pretty bad over time. As a once in a blue moon treat its not a huge deal since you would be breeding them yourself in a hopeful disease free environment
