So, I moved my 2 peacocks out of my 60 gallon into my 30 gallon and was going to start a peacock tank. I bought a third and within two days the new one was killed and now about 4 days later the other was killed. Should I try to develop a peacock tank around him or put him in the 60g with the other Africans.

Well a 30 is to small for peacocks, so you may have aggression issues there. What species were you adding?
Well if that's the case, I'm not going to try to make it a peacock tank. I think I'll go with a community tank, or... I always hear mixed answered in this, a JD some people say a 30g is fine for 1 and others say no way.

30 is too small for a JD also but there are some cool cichlids that will work if its a 3' 30 and not a 30" I think you could do a pair of salvini in a 3 foot (This is wrong sorry)
Or there are some cool dwarf cichlods
