Krib babies disappear

My Kribs have bred 4 times. But each time the babies disappear.
I only have a school of neons and a Pleco as tankmates.

I have not seen the neons eat the babies.

I have good water for these fish because my well water is soft.

I have not bred these before but I have bred other cichlids with success.

Where do they babies go?

I'm experiencing the same thing, all I have in my tank are danios, clown loaches and one small cory and a largish plec, I too am missing some of my clowns and can never find a body??
I swear all the reading I do says plecs are tank friendly and mainly vegetarians but something is going on.
