Plecos Problem

Hey all you experts out there.....I have lost 2 plecos in three days, trying to add them to my existing Malawi tank 30 gallon 6 assorted fish. Tank has been up and running over a month. PH is 7.8-8.0, Ammonia-0, Nitrites-0,Nitrates-20-25ppm. Temp is 78-80 ! What is wrong ? Not enough S#*& to eat? Help ! Oh yes....One was a "Common" , the other was an Albino bristlenose.

A Firemouth, An albino peacock, a sunshine peacock, an OB Mbuna, a Johanni ,and Cobalt blue zebra. They are and have been doing fine together. This is a temp tank till my 110 cycles! Just cant get a placo to last more than 24 hours WTF !
