You tested your tap water or aquarium water? If tap water wait 24hrs and stir the water in there after a few hrs went by. Now, if this is your aquarium water you are good to go. Your KH is at a nice number which is also you buffer. Test again after 24hrs and see if your ph goes down 8.0-8.2
