Yep...they are called "red cap" for the red spot on the cheek.

I LOVE those koi angels. I had one too, but I had to give him to a friend because he was getting beat on by the 'couple' that formed. Dad is a silver marble and mom is gold....they have wiggling fry as I type.

I miss my poor little koi.....yours are absolutely stunning. I wish my gold female would have picked my koi, but oh well.

Great fish chillin!!!

Yeah, they kept eating all the other sets....even when they got to the fry stage, but these have been in there quite sometime and there are quite a few to say the least. I'll snap some piccies of the babies tonight....there in plain view on top of an Amazon Sword leaf. Mom keeps them there in one big group by scooping up the ones that wiggle away with her mouth and dropping them back in place. It's so darn cute!!!
