Your thoughts-fish health

I have this demasoni who looks fine, just acts docile and sort of sleepy. He swims out in the open pretty rarely, he eats fine, but just likes to find random spots in the plants to chill out.
The water parameters are fine, all my other fish act great and very eager. This one just doesnt have the gusto or something.

Does he show symptoms of internal parasites? Does he seem to have anything that would indicate a fungal or bacterial infection? Every individual fish is different so it could just be his personality!
