Clownfish acting strange

He seems to occasionally hover vertically at the top of the tank.. Any ideas?



It's only once in a while.

Mine do this when the moon lights come on (blue only) and they think it is time to go to sleep I guess.

Thank you. I guess it's just weird because the white lights are on and it's 6pm (lights go off at 9). I guess I'll just keep an eye on them.

My clowns get into their sleeping spot a few hours before the lights turn out. I guess they have an idea what time they go to sleep. Might have too long of daylight going and it's wearing down before the lights go out so it's trying to rest. Mine did that more when I had a lot of flow going through an sps tank

Ahh! That makes sense. My lights only on 8 hours but the room is light before it comes on so maybe he's up too much. He hasn't done it as much later so I'm happy
