If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I'll try to get the video up tonight, can't guarantee anything though.
In the mean time, here is why Corey was considering switching to t5's.
He jacked my fixture for funzies.

Well, I finally got something new in this tank the other day, even if it's only temporary. Jen and I had been talking to our LFS about getting some blue sympodium since we saw he had a small colony. Well he finally fragged some and Jen grabbed it up that day, it's finally started to open up and man it's just as nice as all the pictures I've seen, brown frills with green tentacles and the rest is a nice royal blue. I'll make an attempt to put up a nice picture tomorrow

On another note, I finally did it today. I ordered my Current USA Nova extreme 2x18w T5HO fixture. I went to turn on my actinic bulb this morning (Keep in mind it's over a year old with way more hours than it should have had) and it was a bright pink! So clearly it was decision time, spend $40 on replacement bulbs, or spend $50 on a more efficient, more powerful, and cheaper replacement cost T5HO fixture. It was a no-brainer to me, so I should have my fixture sometime by the end of next week.

Currently I've stolen Jen's fixture for the time being since she has no current need for and we both don't want our corals dying (I'm holding her zoas and sympodium as I've said before)

Thanks for reading!

EDIT: Just ordered something else sneaky! :brows:
