Do you have acros or other sps in your tank? Those crabs require them to live as they feed off the slime and stuff that gets caught on the acros.

Those are small polyp stony corals...If you are new I doubt you have them, which would be a reason for its death. Is your tank cycled? What are your parameters?

Tank is cyceled i did find a malt of my othere crab it could be a malt but is was harder then the one i found today rock hard needed a knife to brake it it did not float and he was fine a few days ago he grabed a sinking pelt and ran off and ate it i no he needs coral to live but he was doing fine 10g atm and a few otherw crabs and fish not much tho
