Dead shrimp :(

Peppermint shrimp dead after 8-9 days in my picoreef :/ came home and he was hugging the heater and the fell to the bottom and hasn't moved :/ could be molting or dead ?

Could be moulting. Keep an eye out to make sure no-one bothers him.

He molted after just two days in the tank, do they just not move?? And no one will he's the only guy besides corals

How was he acclimated to the tank? If not properly drip acclimated, inverts can easily be stressed out in such a manner that they pass away. It is common to see inverts molt after being in a new tank, but this also leaves them open to further issues as they wait for their new shell to harden.

How large is your tank and how long has it been running? Water parameters?

Too much iodine can make shrimp molt more often than they should. Are you adding iodine?
