Feather duster problem?

Had a post
On feather dusters earlier but my
Phone wont let me write this on the thread imnot sure why, I have a feather duster and it was out
And lookin beautiful and i just get home and it
Looks like the fan is comin out
Of a different portion of the tube, is that normal
Or should i do something about it? Its coming
Out of the side of the tube instead of the end

The end of the tube is closer to the camera, u see how he comes out through what appears to be another hole in the tube? Is that ok should i cut the exess or leave it alone?
