Question about Nano lighting needs...

I setup a ten gallon tank about 4 months ago to mess around with and I was wondering what you all thought of these lights:

I'm using the 50/50's

I have two of them in the 10 gallon and I was wondering if they would support some low light stuff like some mushrooms. If not no biggie, not looking to go crazy with the 10. It's more of a test bed tank then anything right now.

i'm fairly sure you can, since its the regular coralife PC i've seen, just smaller.

probably wouldnt go crazy though, but you dont sound like youre gonna so i think you're good
