Will a Koralia nano 240 be enough for a Biocube 29 with the stock pump?

I have the 240 Koralia nano and would like to know if its enough water movement for a Biocube 29. I'm not looking at getting another powerhead since this is a spare. With the stock pump and the powerhead it would be more than 435 gph. Is this enough? I heard that I should aim for 15-20 turn over rate. So it would be more than 15 but less than 20.

yeah that would be fine, you may even be able to do the 425 koralia nano in the 29.

i plan on getting the 240 for my BC14

Probably a pair of clowns, goby, some polyps, lps, gps, shrooms. The usual for a Biocube until I upgrade to the 3.6 LED from Nanotuners for anemones, clams, and sps
