Anemone Moving

You shouldn't. Once a foot is placed, it is difficult to do as it is easy to damage the foot. Once a foot is damaged there isn't any recovery.
People will report using credit cards and such, but the safest way would be to point a powerhead at it and trick it into moving on its own...but then you'll have a roaming anemone on your hands that will settle who knows where. Doesn't mean it won't go back to that spot either.
 
You should only be interested in moving an anemone if you are removing it from the tank. As Sniper said damage is a life sentence for them. Anemones will move to where they’re comfortable in the system, and it’s futile to attempt to change their location for them. They’ll just move right back.
