Cleaner shrimp and purple tip nem

I've been watching my cleaner shrimp with my purple tip nem and noticed the shrimp keeps getting to close and the nem keeps getting a hold of it so the shrimp pulls louse it's even worse when I feed the nem by hand the shrimp wants the food from inside the tentacles and 2 of the tentacles on the nem are now damaged buy the shrimp is there any thing I can do to to try and stop this or what can happen to eaither of them

My cleaner shrimp was doing a similar thing but stopped after a while. If you're worried maybe try giving the shrimp a little food on a different before you feed your nem

What a weird coincidence, my purple tip snagged my cleaner today. Is it the moons fault or something that condys are after shrimp today? Lol
