Let me start off by stating that I am not intentionally trying to breed my clownfish. However, if they happen to "feel the urge", I'm wondering how to know they've bred (are they live bearers or egg layers, and what do I do in the event that I see they've bred?).

Also, my clowns are different, one being a black and white ocellaris, and the other a "normal" ocellaris (false perc). Will they breed at all?

Clown fish lay eggs and guard them, don't know about breeding them as never had eggs as still young fish.

Right now, they are the only tank inhabitants, but I will be adding a watchman goby/pistol shrimp pair soon....do I need to worry about the others (or even the clowns themselves) nibbling on the eggs?

I don't think perc and occ will pair, but not too sure on that one. As for the eggs If they don't get eaten by other tank mates I hear the fry are incredibly difficult to get to eat...

What I've read and watched in vids is that the clowns most time guard eggs and chase other fish away so having other fish in tank is ok. Don't really no if will mate but got say have small chance as get designer clowns

Ocellaris=False Perc
As for the color morph, I have been wondering the same thing since I have a black and white male and orange and white female.
