Drip system problem

I set up my drip system with the simple bucket with air line tubing that has knots in it. It starts out great but in about a day it starts slowing from a drip every 2 seconds to about 5 seconds. Anybody have this problem before? Is there a trick to keep the drip constant?

What are you dripping that long? I think the volume of water in the bucket will make a difference as will how much higher the bucket is over what you are dripping it into.....

I bought a pack of adjustable airline valves (99p) & found adjusting one of those a lot reliable than knots

if air gets in the line it slows the water don really fast.
