I am looking at my aquarium this evening and notice my duncan has this long string looking thing coming out of its mouth. Can anyone tell me what it is doing?

It may be waste. They poo from the same hole they eat.

Agreed. After checking your other thread about target feeding if you have been feeding the ducan directly this could be the result. LPS corals have one opening.
