feeding fish

i just switched form flake food to formula 1. since the meaty food is sticky and wet, i cant get very much in the tank at a time, and i dont feed near as much as i did with the flakes. the problem is, every little bit that goes in is eatin by my big clownfish. it always bullies my little clown and wont let him eat. my damsel and blenny usually just hang around waiting for food to drop to them. My clown is getting overfed with all the food i try to get to the other fish and the others are getting starved. i cant think of anyting, do you guys no any way i can get food to the other fish?
