Can't link on my phone but it's in aquaria section like over 180 threads down. It's basically shrimp , scallop , clams, white meat fish , vitamins and nori all chopped in a food processor and frozen flat in a ziplock bag

Making your own food is a great way to go. Economical and better for the fish.

Is the cyclop eeze soft gel as effective as the frozen cyclop eeze?

I have tried both and they seem equivalent. The gels seem to hold the food together in a current better.
