Just bought 2 False Percula Clowns. My first SW fish! They are about 1-1/2" long. Any estimate on how old they might be? I was thinking 3 - 6 months but it's just an uneducated guess. My wife wants to know when to schedule their birthday party.

Their 90 gal home has been running stable for a month. They were drip acclimated and appear quite happy. They readily ate a snack after just a couple hours in the tank.

I haven't been able to get a good, clear pic yet. Best so far.

They are 364 days old, schedule the party for tomorrow and make sure the wife gets you something nice since you appear to be the fishkeeper ;)

Clowns are cool.
Are your clowns wild caught? You shouldn't determine the age of wild caught clowns by their size. Example is that you could have a small 1" clown that is 20 years old and you wouldn't know because it was on the lower end of the hierarchy and was never allowed to become a male or female.
