how to feed my new elibi angel

i purchased a elibi angel 4days ago and i haven't seen it eat once. i try to feed it some angel formula but my clown fish take it too fast and give it to my rose tip anenome before it gets a chance.yet it doesn't even seem interested. also i hope i'm just crazy but i believe i'm seing some whitish blotches on its side hopefully from not eating. and no i don't have a qt. is there a good method to feeding a angel that isn't aggressive towards eating?

He may not be eating due to a disease process. Can you describe the "blotches". You may need to get a qt tank and treat.
Beyond that, try lacing the food with a few drops of garlic juice. This can spur a feeding responce. Also try some variety of flake and frozen.
