Is Amquel+ Reef safe?

I've always used this in freshwater and when my tank was still a Fowlr. But now I have corals and in case of an emergency like a long-term blackout, would it be safe to use this?

I'm not sure why you would use it during a black out. Only thing that matters at that time is water movement, which can still be obtained with battery backup or battery powered pumps for minnows.
