What do you need it for? Can you not just use superglue gel or silicone I? I don't see anything about being aquarium safe or safe for possible food purposes.

I need to put baffels in my sump. I rully dont want to stop running it.

Is the putty online or at the store where you can see if it safe for animal consumption? It also says it is good for underwater locations but does not say you can install it while underwater. It says"after it cures" you can paint, sand, etc. I'd be willing to bet the application site has to be dry while it sets up. In that case you'd be better off using silicone 1.
