Leopard wrasse questions

I have two questions about leopard wrasses to start off with
1) is the only reason that they are considered hard to keep because they don't eat well?
2) if I got a group of three to five females would one become a male?

Doesn't anybody know about leopard wrasses? I don't want to get some if it's a bad idea and they have problems other than their eating habits 
