I was trying to glue a frogspwan to a rock in the DT, but it was too big to take out. So I decided to take a rock out of the sump and glue that, and put it on the bigger rock. Well my Leopard wrasse is loving the extra critters on the rock. I think now I'll swap a rock or two every so often for this purpose. How long do you think a piece of LR needs to be in the sump to get a bunch of pods and such populated?

another way which i use to treat my birdnose wrasse is to put a net into the sump with macro algae in it,within a day or two its full of pods, then I just empty them in the dt
