Can a maroon yellowstripe clown fish about 2 inches harm a small 2-3 inch dogface puffer???

i guess it could bite on its fins but imo that should stop due to the dog will way out grow the clown !!

The puffer is toxic, so it is unlikely that it would happen, but it's certainly possible, maroons are considered the most beligerent and aggressive of the clowns.
