Here is a 75 gallon Livebearer tank with mollies, platies, and guppies. The substrate is 1 inch (2.54 cm) Miracle Gro Organic Garden Soil mixed with peat moss and cow manure. The dirt is capped with 2 inches of pool filter sand. The plants are Swords, Dwarf Sags, rotala, octopus plant, and anacharis. I basically plant the easiest plants that I can find. I am a terrible aquascaper but I am open to suggestions. Lighting is 2 Kessil A160s…I have really good results with Kessil for some reason. No Co2, No ferts. 1 Eheim classic 350 filter. I can say that I NEVER have ammonia or nitrites so it is basically a waste of time testing for. Nitrates stay pretty low and the fish seem healthy. Tank has been setup 2 years this month.
