My percula sleeps funny

I came out while the tank was sleeping (I didnt turn on any lights except my dimmer light that was very dim) and saw my percula swimming at the surface sleeping!! Is that normal??? He was literally swimming while sleeping at the surface. Thanks For the Help. Just looks really odd

Yea they do that, I got a tomato that was sleeping in the sand on his side like he was dead.
