Need help with a cracked aquarium

Hello all thank you for stopping by. I have a 50 gallon aquarium and I noticed a crack on my glass do you think i should worry. If yes can you please let me know what my options are.Click image for larger version

You should be fine without foam IMO.

Pretty nice filter/sump you got there....
