power filter and skimmer suggestions?

I like to use a power filter for media (carbon Etc.) I have a magnum 350 know but i think its kind of noisey. I want some thing else. Give me some suggestions on a good qualitly filter. And easy to work on.

I use a Oceanic model six skimmer know, in the sump. Also looking for a different skimmer. Has to be very Quiet running. Suggestions please.

75 gallon tank 40 gallon sump.
