Skimmer junk color

I'm switching out my protein skimmers. Has anyone ever had junk this color? It is bright green instead of that dark green.

Have you dosed anything lately . I usually see that after dosing essential elements and forget to turn off my skimmer .

Switching skimmers won't change what's being taken out of your water column..

I dosed the tank several days ago. I am changing out my skimmers cause I'm setting up a 140 gallon tank and going to use the bigger skimmer for it.
