Starting over

Hi guys

I've just had a terrible bout of white spot and I want to start over with my tank. How do I clean a 160gal (us) so that the ich is gone, and when can I put my water, substrate and live rock in the tank to start the cycling process?

Get a bleach solution (1:10) and either run it through your tank or just spray everything down.
Boil anything porous instead of bleaching it so that it doesn't let the bleach seap in then seap it out later on.
Run your filter with the bleach solution but get all new media for it.

You can put everything back in after you bleAch/boil it all a few times


Not sure about live rock though, I'm a freshwater person..
