Valentini Puffer reef safe?

Any success stories of these guys in reef tanks?

If you have any shrimp, crabs, brittle or serpent stars, hermits, or urchins and snails.

They are all edible items for puffers.

But when they're gone, are the corals the next target?

Corals unlikely. These puffers have fused beak that they need to eat hard shelled things to keep it in check.

I have a Valentini Puffer in my reef almost 5 years now class A citizen in the tank . he don't bother shrimp , urchins , snails , hermits or coral . I feed him tiny clams on the half shell he usually chomps on the shell for desert .
he loves those things , he gets along with all the small and large fish I have . he is a very active little guy , they say they get up to 4 inch in size mine never got past 2,
