Being a native Oregonian myself, I can almost pitcure the trip... Thanks for sharing a little slice of home... I might just try that drive from Salt Lake just to see that store... Ill wait until summer and make sure I have an extra tire

Last week I ordered two bags of Southdown from Chris at Idaho Saltwater Emporium, after reading your story am glad I elected to pay shipping.

Imagined same sort of "adventure" if driving myself (could not convince relative traveling from there over Xmas to carry on airplane

Sand "cheap", "great sand adventure" "priceless"!
