I have a Red Reef 75 Gallon + Sump, 2 PHs, Pr Skimm, pH 8.0, Dk 11, Ca425, Mg1250, sp 1.025, T 78 F, 0 Amm/Nit/Nitrate, Po4 0.75. Developing red-green sea grass? All over Tank bottom (No substrate) and LR.

Any algae or cyanobacteria issues in our systems is a result of nutrients in the water column. The phosphates are quite high, but in reality your nitrates most likely are as well but the amount of gunk growing in the tank are consuming what is detectable in the water column. Large water changes with ro/di water along with manual removal during these water changes is the path to success.
